What can I say about this mis-guided man that moved from Berwyn Illinois and wound up in Florida?
He spans the country in search of barbecue. He tastes and scores barbecue "joints" throught out the United States. He gives his scores for the places he eats at.
It appears that he believes in, "if you can't say nothing good, don't say anything at all". Some places he just says he at there and very little more. In his own ex-trucker style he lets you know who serves what with their "Q" and if the sides are any good too!.
He breaks his journey down into areas and in some cases states. Along with his restaurant revues he give his version of some of the regional rubs and sauces. He also has some recipes for friends along the way.
Great read and an insight to regional tastes. |
