I like the idea of the Big Drum smokers, I have seen one so far in action, it cooks as good a bbq as the cook does on any of his other cookers. But I want to try it out with my own tests before I give it a big thumbs up.

i have a couple of ceramic grills, but the primo is the most versatile of all of them due to its shape and ability to cook both direct and indirect at the same time. i have come to know the guys who own and run the company personally, good people, really stand behind the product.
